By Ian & Julia Ackroyd Napier's has always prided itself in using only the very finest local produce.
Meat is specially selected from the finest available anywhere to ensure a consistency of quality & flavour's.
Vegetables are scorced from the Preston area & where ever possible from supplier's right on our own doorstep apart from the exotics which are chosen from the finest possible .
Fresh fish is supplied from the west coast on six day a week deliveries basis & we have access to over !500 species of fish & shellfish this means if you require a special fish for example lobsters for a special occasion we can usually arrange for this given a few days notice.
We make all our own bread, sausages, black pudding & ice cream in fact all our dishes on all our menus are created from scratch from the dough's on our traditional rustic pizzas using only the finest authentic Italian ingredients to the home made stocks used in our fabulously rich sauces.
Our steak menu allows you to choose your steak from the selection available & I myself will cook it for you on our char grill in the restaurant.
